Communities of Color COVID Vaccine Awareness Day – March 6, 2021

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our communities of color vaccine drive at Phoenix Municipal Stadium. We are currently recruiting volunteers for two different volunteer shifts; 6:00am – 12:00pm and 11:00am – 5:00pm. Anyone who volunteers for at least 6 hours will be eligible to receive a vaccine at the conclusion of their shift. There are openings for both non-clinical (ie: checking in patients, confirming appointments, scheduling second dose appointments, directing traffic…) and clinical (vaccine administration) shifts. Filling out this form does not guarantee you will be a volunteer. Everyone who fills out this form will be followed up via email with further instructions.
