Congratulations to Dr. Janet Elsea who was presented with the first YWCA Janet G. Elsea, Ph.D., Volunteer of the Year Award on May 15th at the Volunteer Recognition Breakfast. Dr. Elsea has provided decades of service and guidance to the YWCA.
